Welcome to Food1st.org. By accessing our website, using our Voice Translation App, or utilizing our Volunteer Delivery App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Use of the Platform
Food1st.org provides a platform for charitable donations, volunteer coordination, and outreach tools. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes in accordance with our overarching mission of dignified hunger relief.
2. Volunteer Obligations
If you register as a volunteer and utilize our Mobile Outreach App, you agree to:
- Maintain the dignity and privacy of all individuals you interact with during outreach.
- Follow the "Soft Opening" script guidelines as outlined in our Philosophy.
- Accurately log kit deliveries in real-time, understanding this feeds our public Live Impact Map.
- Never force or coerce an individual into accepting a 24-Hour Pack if they decline.
3. Donations and Kit IDs
Donations made through Food1st.org are directed towards the assembly and distribution of 24-Hour Packs. While you receive a unique "Kit ID" to track the delivery of a physical package matching your cycle donation, Food1st reserves the right to allocate funds as necessary based on logistical urgency and supply chain demands to maximize community impact.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding (including the FD1st logo), website design, and the functionality of the custom Voice Translation App are the exclusive property of Food1st.org.
5. Limitation of Liability
Food1st.org is not liable for any interactions, incidents, or disputes occurring during physical volunteer outreach in the community. Volunteers participate at their own risk.
